We are a French Charcuterie & Deli. Our  passion for Traditional Charcuterie and the appreciation of our friends  for our products has driven us to start this commercial venture. We are  inspired by good life, good friends, good food and many traditional  recipes.

We are making handmade artisanal charcuterie exclusively from fine  and prime cut meat. Fresh and dry sausages, Terrines, Pates, Mousse,  Rillettes, Duck Confit, Duck Magret Ham where the emphasis is on quality and flavor.

Our products are available for purchase to the public in 180g glass jars. All our products are 100% natural. Jars are sterilised. Only natural preservatives are used, no colorants nor artificial flavoring is used. Jars  can be kept for at least 6 months at fridge temperature.
